Keystone Regional Leadership Conference

Keystone Regional Leadership Conferences are a high quality, regional education experience focusing on chapter officer development, principled leadership and volunteer training. 2009 marked the final phase of Keystone’s expansion as it now services all chapters of the Fraternity. Six Keystone programs are offered annually.

Keystone received the Excellence in Educational Programming Award from the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors in December 2008.

Registration for Keystone Conferences begin November 1, 2016 and run through January 20, 2017. If you need assistance, please contact the Leadership & Education staff at 800.800.BETA.

Networking Socials
Held in conjunction with each of the six Keystone Regional Leadership Conferences, Beta alumni and industry leaders are invited to participate in a unique networking and mentoring opportunity by connecting with and sharing career experiences with today’s undergraduate Beta leaders.

Keystone Conference Essential Information

Who:
Each chapter should send the eight officers that comprise their executive officer team. Chapter Advisors are encouraged to attend as well.

This executive team should be composed of the following officers, or their equivalent positions on the executive board: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Risk Manager/Programming Chair, Recruitment Chairman, Pledge Educator and a final executive team member to the Alumni Relations Chair. When/Where:
Feb. 10 – 12: Northwest – Seattle Airport Marriott (Seattle, Wash.)
Feb. 10 – 12: Southeast – Jacksonville Marriott (Jacksonville, Fla.)
Feb. 17 – 19: South Central – Hyatt Regency Tulsa (Tulsa, Okla.)
Feb. 17 – 19: Northeast – Crowne Plaza Cherry Hill (Cherry Hill, N.J.)
Feb. 24 – 26: Southwest – Hilton Woodland Hills (Los Angeles, Calif.)
Feb. 24 – 26: North Central – Westin Chicago Northwest (Itasca, Ill.)

Cost:
Chapters are pre-billed $215 per officer. Individuals are responsible for their own travel.
Beta Theta Pi Foundation contribution: $99
No-show fee: $99

Lodging:
Attendees do not need to make hotel reservations. Hotel accommodations are covered in the registration and are arranged by the Administrative Office staff.
