LeaderShape

AFLV (Association of Fraternal Leadership and Values) sessions of the LeaderShape® Institute™ enable you to lead with integrity™ while working towards a vision grounded in your deepest values. This change-enabling program includes 4 days of dialogue and self-discovery in a supportive learning community.

You’ll not only explore what you want to do, but who you want to be. This Institute is proven to produce a breakthrough in leadership capacity—benefiting you individually, as well as your communities and the organizations you will go on to lead and serve in the future.

Both LeaderShape and AFLV believe in the important work to create a more equitable society. The curriculum allows time to engage in conversations about identity and equity with courage and curiosity, and this important dialogue makes a deep impact. The concepts you'll learn can be put into practice in your visions and your daily life.
