Join advisors from across Beta’s Broad Domain for a half day of learning and inspiration. As an outcome of this event, advisors will be better equipped to coach collegiate leaders and, for Chapter Counselors, to lead your advising team. In addition to an inspirational keynote speaker, Advisor Academy includes breakouts on topics such as:

•   Advisor motivation and appreciation
•   Tactics for recruiting more advisors
•   How to support your chapter’s equity and inclusion efforts
•   Navigating student mental health
•   Idea sharing with advisors from similar chapters

This event is free to attend. All advisors who attend will receive a $50 gift card to help defray the ongoing out-of-pocket costs associated with volunteering. Advising teams that have three or more advisors attend will receive a $200 gift card to use for local advisor team meetings and meals.
